1. Using Memoza

Memoza is a field reporting and work management application that helps users create, organize, share, and manage reports and Work Orders.

Memoza may provide features including:

• Location-based reports
• Photos and voice recordings
• PDF documents and attachments
• Work Orders
• Assignments and due dates
• Groups and group invitations
• Map-based workflows
• Work zones and location information
• Notifications and activity updates

You agree to use Memoza responsibly and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your account and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You should keep your password secure and should not share your account credentials with another person.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity resulted from unauthorized access that was not caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

3. Reports and Work Orders

Memoza allows you to create Reports and Work Orders for field, maintenance, operational, or other work-related purposes.

Reports may include information such as descriptions, categories, statuses, locations, photos, voice recordings, documents, assignments, and group information.

Work Orders may include information such as titles, descriptions, priorities, statuses, due dates, assignees, locations, and links to related Reports.

You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the information you enter into Memoza and for determining whether that information is suitable for your intended operational use.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the reports, photos, recordings, documents, descriptions, and other content that you create or upload to Memoza, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.

By using Memoza, you grant Memoza the permission necessary to store, process, synchronize, display, and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide and operate the service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and share any content you submit through Memoza.

5. Photos, Recordings, and Documents

Memoza allows users to attach photos, voice recordings, PDF documents, and other information to reports and work-related workflows.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload:

• Does not violate applicable laws
• Does not infringe the rights of another person or organization
• Does not contain malicious software
• Is appropriate for the users with whom you share it
• Is handled in accordance with any confidentiality obligations applicable to you

If you upload technical documents, floor plans, photographs, recordings, or other materials belonging to another person or organization, you are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use and share those materials.

6. Groups, Invitations, and Shared Information

Memoza allows users to create and join groups and to share reports and Work Orders with other authorized users.

If you create or join a group, information shared with that group may become visible to other members according to their assigned permissions and roles.

Group owners and coordinators may have additional permissions to manage members, assignments, reports, or Work Orders.

You are responsible for considering the confidentiality of information before sharing it with a group or another user.

7. Assignments and Notifications

Memoza may allow users to assign Reports and Work Orders to other authorized users.

Memoza may also generate notifications relating to activity such as:

• New assignments
• Reassignments
• Status changes
• Work Order completion
• Group invitations
• Other relevant activity within the service

Notifications are provided as a convenience and should not be considered a substitute for any separate communication, monitoring, safety procedure, or operational process that may be required for your work.

8. Location and Mapping

Memoza provides map-based functionality that may allow reports and Work Orders to be associated with geographic locations.

Location information may be approximate or affected by device hardware, GPS accuracy, network conditions, map data, or other technical factors.

You should not rely solely on Memoza's map or location information where precise positioning is required for safety, surveying, construction, emergency response, or other high-risk activities.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Memoza to:

• Upload or distribute illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or malicious content
• Infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Memoza or another user's account
• Circumvent or interfere with access controls or security measures
• Introduce malware, malicious code, or other harmful software
• Interfere with the operation or availability of Memoza
• Abuse, harass, or impersonate other users
• Access or use another user's data without authorization
• Use the service for activities that violate applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service except where permitted by applicable law

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Memoza where reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, or third parties, including where an account is used in violation of these Terms.

Where appropriate, we may take action against accounts involved in abuse, unauthorized access, fraud, malicious activity, or other serious violations of these Terms.

You may stop using Memoza at any time and may request deletion of your account through the account controls provided in the application.

11. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Memoza account through:

Profile → Account → Account Control → Delete Account

Account deletion is intended to remove your account and associated personal information in accordance with Memoza's account deletion process.

Certain information may be retained where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate operational purposes.

12. Service Availability

We strive to keep Memoza available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the application will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

Service availability may be affected by maintenance, network connectivity, device limitations, third-party services, outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for maintaining an appropriate internet connection and compatible device where required to use Memoza.

13. Third-Party Services

Memoza relies on third-party services and infrastructure to provide certain functionality, including authentication, cloud storage, database services, and mapping.

These services may be subject to their own terms, conditions, and policies.

We are not responsible for outages, failures, or changes to third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

14. Disclaimer

Memoza is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

While we strive to provide a reliable and useful service, we do not guarantee that:

• The service will always be available
• Information will always be accurate or complete
• Location information will always be precise
• Notifications will always be delivered immediately
• The application will be free from errors or interruptions
• Uploaded content will never be lost or unavailable

Memoza should not be used as the sole source of information for emergency response, safety-critical decisions, or situations where failure of the service could result in injury, property damage, or other serious consequences.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Memoza and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the application.

This may include loss of data, loss of business, loss of profits, service interruption, or reliance on information provided through Memoza.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Intellectual Property

Memoza, including its software, interface, branding, logos, visual design, and other original materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except where permitted by law or expressly authorized by us, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Memoza application or its original materials.

17. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically as Memoza develops or as legal, security, or operational requirements change.

When significant changes are made, the updated version will be made available within the application.

The "Last updated" date at the beginning of these Terms indicates when the current version was last updated.

Where required by applicable law, we may provide additional notice of significant changes.
